There are many elements that can influence how long it takes your order to be made. Of course, whether it is just one item or multiple can be the biggest factor. Keep in mind that we have busy periods as well, when we may be working on other projects at the same time. We will account for these factors when we give you your quote and we will keep you up-to-date on our progress along the way.

How long it will take to build your kitchen will be dependent on many factors such as whether we are replacing cupboard doors or building from scratch. Some materials may need to be ordered in specially from the manufacturer.

We have our own consultants who can work with you to bring your ideas to life. We will care of the details like measurements, so you can focus on what you want it to look like and what you need it to do.

The rule of thumb here is to use a clean cloth with warm, soapy water. General household sprays are fine, just be careful with harsh chemicals. Always follow the instructions on the label for the product you're using and spot test if you're unsure.

We are fully licensed, and all our work is fully insured. The materials we use come with different manufacturer warranties varying from 10 year periods to lifetime guarantees on parts like hinges, handles and benchtops. When we go through the design process we can look more closely at these brands and their individual warranties.
